Learner Characteristics and Learners’ Inclination towards Particular Learning Environments

In addition to a face-to-face classroom learning environment, today’s learners in higher education are likely have also experienced blended or an online environment. These environments not only differ their delivery modes, but activities, class interactions, assessment approaches, etc. Learners tend differing perceptions about the effectiveness of different environments. This study therefore investigates whether reasons like dislike environment reveal learner characteristics that may explain why some more inclined towards particular examines demographics influence and preference for Using exploratory sequential mixed methods research design, this first conducted several focus group discussions then administered questionnaire survey collect input from students at local university.
